The experience

The morning begins at Negombo market, basket in hand, choosing seafood from the day's catch. Back in the family kitchen, you learn the techniques that have shaped Sri Lankan coastal cooking, hands-on and at your own pace.

This is participation, not demonstration. You make the curry paste, balance the spices, and cook the fish. By midday you sit down together and eat what you built. A digital recipe booklet goes home with you so the cooking carries on.

Seafood follows the morning catch. Vegetarian and mild-spice menus can be arranged in advance.
